Kinnaird College for Women organized the Faculty/Staff Training & Orientation Program 2026, led by Principal Prof. Dr. Iram Anjum, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, for newly appointed regular and ad hoc staff.

The comprehensive orientation program aimed to familiarize new employees with Kinnaird’s History, values, mission, and vision, as well as its academic, administrative, and professional frameworks. The sessions covered key areas including Assessment & Evaluation, ORIC Policies and Procedures, Quality Assurance, Campus Management Systems, Examination Procedures, Code of Conduct, Time Management, Human Capital Management, Employee Performance Appraisal, and General Employment Policies.

Addressing the newly inducted employees, Principal Prof. Dr. Iram Anjum emphasized that every individual, regardless of designation, grade, or rank, plays an equally valuable role in shaping the Kinnaird community. She highlighted the importance of mutual respect, shared responsibility, integrity, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork, emphasizing that individual growth contributes to the collective growth of the Kinnaird Family.

The Principal also encouraged employees to embrace Kinnaird’s collegial culture and remain committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Highlighting her F.A.T. philosophy—Faithful, Accountable and Teachable- she urged the new members to uphold these qualities as they grow and contribute within the institution.

She further underscored the responsibility to preserve and advance Kinnaird’s rich legacy of excellence, welcoming the new employees as valued members of the Kinnaird Family and encouraging them to contribute to raising the standards of academic and professional excellence.

The program concluded with the Kinnaird College Oath, reaffirming the employees’ commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities with integrity, loyalty, dignity, and sincerity.
