The last date to pay the fee is December 18, 2025. The Fee Challan form can be obtained from the designated Fee Office located within the campus premises at 93 Jail Road, Lahore. Candidates who fail to deposit their dues within the due date will forfeit their right to admission.

All students who are awaiting their results are offered admission on a provisional basis. The student’s admission will be canceled if she cannot pass her intermediate / A Level / BS or equivalent exams after the official result announcement (January 2026). No fee will be refunded in such an eventuality. 

College Authorities have the right to cancel the admission at any stage after the admission when it comes to their knowledge that the documents presented by the student are fake or there is a misstatement or an error in the documents which may affect her merit.

There are no merit lists for BS Physics, BS Chemistry, BS Geography, M.Phil Statistics, M.Phil Urdu, MS Computer Science and PhD Food Science & Human Nutrition.

Applicants who have applied for the hostel seat are required to appear for a hostel interview scheduled for December 15, 2025, from 10:00 am to 01:30 pm at the Hostel Coordinator’s Office. If you have any inquiries regarding the hostel, please direct them to the following email address:

Please be aware that admission to academic programs does not guarantee accommodation in the hostel. Kinnaird College has limited hostel facilities, and placements will be offered to selected students. The Kinnaird Association reserves the right to accept or reject hostel applications without providing specific reasons.
