The selected students are informed that the scrutiny and verification for the scholarship will be held on November 19, 2025 at 11:00 am in the College Board Room. They are therefore required to report to the Registrar office at 10:45 am on November 19, 2025. Students will be issued token numbers on a first come first serve basis.

They must bring the following documents (printed form) along with them which need to be verified and kept for a record:

• Application form of Honhaar Scholarship Printed from Honhaar Scholarships Portal
• Salary/Income Certificate of father/Guardian/Mother etc.
• Copies of 03 month utility bills (electricity and gas etc.)
• Rent Agreement (if applicable)
• Affidavit confirming that family income less than Rs. 300,000/- on stamp paper
• Copy of Intermediate and Matric Result Card
• Copy of Domicile
• Copy of CNIC/Family Certificate
