The Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarships Program by the Government of the Punjab, offers merit-based scholarships to the deserving outstanding students pursuing undergraduate degrees at leading universities and colleges. This program is designed to support high-achieving individuals with limited financial resources, empowering them to access quality education and excel in their academic careers. Scholarship scheme covers 100% tuition fees of the students enabling them to focus on their studies.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant Must:
1. Have domicile from any district of the Punjab
2. Family monthly income should be less than Rs 300,000 (Affidavit Required) (Download Sample Affidavit)
3. The Applicant must be enrolled in Selected Disciplines in the Selected Universities / Colleges from 3rd semester to 8th semester. Students already enrolled in 2nd year to 5th of MBBS and BDS are also eligible for this scholarship program.
4. Minimum CGPA / Annual Exam Percentage requirements for scholarship: Public Sector Universities / Colleges (≥ 70% equivalent CGPA for Sciences and ≥ 65% equivalent CGPA for Arts.
