To promote interfaith harmony, a ration distribution ceremony was held at Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore, to commemorate the Ramadan & Lent season of fasting and prayer.  

The Principal, Prof. Dr. Iram Anjum distributed 235 ration packages among all the support staff. The Vice Principal Prof. Dr. Ghazala Yaqub, The Academic Deans, Dr. Asma Hamid Awan, Prof. Dr. Masha Asad Khan, Dr. Hooria Younas, Dr. Rahila Huma & Dr. Helen Khokhar were also present at the event, and expressed their appreciation of this initiative by the Principal, on this occasion.

Speaking on this occasion, the Principal stated that the purpose of this ceremony is not just to ease the financial burden on the support staff and acknowledge their commitment and diligence towards the College. Adding further to this she expressed that this occasion serves as a positive move towards fostering interfaith harmony, peace, prosperity, mutual respect, and acceptance among the staff. The support staff conveyed their deepest gratitude to the principal for this thoughtful initiative and Kinnaird College for Women’s Management and prayed for the progress & prosperity of the College.
