The 88^th Convocation of Kinnaird College for Women is to be held on Thursday, February 06, 2025 at 10:30 am for BS session 2020-24, M.Phil/MS 2022-24 Graduating Students.

Please note the following points:

CONVOCATION REGISTRATION / GRADUATES GOWNS

All graduates must register themselves for the convocation and collect their invitation card from the Registrar’s Office as per the following schedule on payment of Rs. 3000/- for the convocation:

Tuesday, February 04, 2025                                    10:00 am to 02:00 pm           

The Convocation gowns will be available at the campus Gift Shop on Tuesday, February 04, 2025 from 10:30 am – 02:00 pm.              

Deposit and Expense Details

1. Gown Usage                                                   Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable)
2. Gown Security Deposit                                  Rs. 3000/- (refundable)

Gowns can be returned to the Gift Shop and claim gown security deposit on February 06, 2025 (after convocation)and February 10, 2025 (10:30 am – 02:00 pm). Gown Security Deposit will not be refunded without the Receipt and after February 10, 2025.

CONVOCATION REHEARSAL (WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 05, 2025)

All graduating students registered for the convocation must attend the rehearsal on Wednesday, February 05, 2025 from 10:30 am – 01:00 pm. It is compulsory for the Medal Awardees to be present for the Rehearsal. Please bring your gown and hood with you.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

• Limited Parking Available
• All Gates will Close at 10:00 am
• Bring CNIC and Invitation card for entry
• No Guest and/or children allowed
• No mobile phones and handbags allowed
• Decorum of the Convocation to be maintained at all times.
• Do not leave your seat during the ceremony.
• Photograph session can be held at the end of the ceremony
